I wasn't aware that you have this on going problem with your partner's ex spouse and her children. I feel very bad and hope that some day you will be able to put this all behind you and move on with your productive lives. I too affer my sentiment. Some times, I really am embarrased at how some of my gender act in certain situations.

Think about it from both sides. A husband can not rationalize why his wife left him for another woman. This would be a blow to a man's ego.

She left when he could no longer prove to be a man, she would have stayed for the sake of the kids and then they would all be unhappy, it’s a no win situation for all and again you can't live life as a lie can you? False prides in his non accomplishments don’t know how a man could even have an ego when one does such despicable acts? Most of my buds are guys and I have worked with men in my field of expertiece, not one would be so in humane to do all these things to a wife and there children. How do you look yourself in the mirror? A very good male friend of mine pointed out that I have surrounded myself with educators and artists along with musicians; he said you have not experienced prejudice and hate; you literally worked in your studio and did not see the world for what it is. That I was blessed to make my own way in not needing a man your 6'2'' and built like a linebacker, and not hard on the eyes for men or women for that matter, I really had to stop and think about that day he said that. I lived in bliss and made art that paid for everything I own today. Why can't we all let each other grow and provide the tools necessary for all to achieve their dreams? I really don't understand...

Although were describing nuts and beans I know were smarter than both and adoption and artificial insemination works for both the human variety(male or female)And neither is asking for it's right to be just what it is. I really like you beach boy you are also very fun to chat with and I will always respect those who agree to disagree and yet call out friend to one another.

Its makes this country great and yep the margin was so close that the influence did indeed affect the out come.

We are feeling better today than the last few posts .We don't dislike men in any way and even though I may be 6'2'' and could arm rassle you gents in my youth, I love being a strong woman, although I must admit this Amazon is a bit tired these days and can see how much men give into a straight relationship and take joy when you finish the honey do list only to have another put in front of you. See were more alike than you think. I can tell you are a good man with strong convictions Beachboy especially in the above post. Thank you, I bet your wife is proud of you.

Well, I'm not so sure how proud she is, but I certainly try.

No one has ever indicated to me, the purpose of existance. This I have had to decipher all on my own. My conclusions are, do the best you can do on a daily basis. Believe in what you believe. Defend those who can not defend themselves.

And most importantly, cause at least ONE human being each day to smile.

If my wife is proud of me for any reason, I hope it is for the latter.

Defenders of Prop 8 Throw Tantrum Regarding Handing Over Internal Campaign Documents
The day before elections, Judge Walker, who is presiding over the federal challenge to Prop 8, held a hearing over a dispute concerning the proponents of Prop 8 and their unwillingness to hand over certain ordered internal campaign communications regarding messaging to the plaintiffs.

These documents are vital to the plaintiffs in their effort to prove that those responsible for Prop 8 are not concerned about the welfare of the state, traditional marriage or the weak argument of protecting procreation, but that they acted out of animus toward the LGBT population.

On November 11, Judge Walker ordered they hand over the documents, stating that they were not protected from disclosure.

Well, it gets better. They still haven't handed over the documents. According to California attorney Rick Xiao at blog Proposition 8 and the Right to Marry:

Today Judge Walker dropped the hammer on Prop. 8 proponents and ordered immediate production of internal communications concerning their campaign strategies and messages to voters. Among other things, Judge Walker admonished Prop. 8 proponents that his previous discovery orders, while being appealed to the Ninth Circuit, remain in effect because the appellate court has not issued a stay. Thus, Prop. 8 proponents risk contempt of the court if they continue to withhold production. According to today’s order, Prop. 8 proponents are ordered to produce additional responsive documents on a rolling basis to conclude not later than the close of fact discovery on November 30, 2009.
