Hi. I am trying to find out if they have opened Rock Springs Road so you can get thru from Arrowhead Lake Rd./Main St. to Kiowa. I am going thru that area on Thursday and didn't know if I still had to take Peach to Bear Valley. Thanks for any info.

Thanks JohnnyB, that's great news. Yes, not nearly the traffic as Bear Valley. Thanks again for the good news.

You'll still run into some traffic before 9 or so--not as much as Bear Valley but after 9 a.m. its always clear sailing. We go that way to work and I'm so glad its finally open.

Thanks Betty. I usually don't get down there until after 9 a.m. so should miss the traffic. I bet you are really happy that it is finally open again . . . hasn't it been closed for close to a year now?

Sure has been--I think it closed in Jan. Living in Apple Valley and working in San Bernardino plus visiting our daughter in Crestline this past year has been more like an endurance contest that a drive to work. We just love avoiding Bear Valley Road. Enjoy your ride and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
