Your welcome, I love to bake and this was given to me many years ago and it has never failed me.
I love it plain, but my Dad (92 year old Dad)just loves to add all of the other junk.

Yumm, thanks, I hate to bake, but I love banana bread, this recipe sounds really good with the OJ and nut additions. Maybe I'll get inspired. Can you use bakers sugar? I bought it 2 years ago and haven't opened it. Thanks again!

I assume so, I have also used 1/2 splenda and 1/2 sugar, my son-in-law is diabetic so I am always trying to cut down on sugar.
This is probably one of the best Banana Bread recipes I have ever had. I share it alot.
Enjoy.

Looks really good Dawne, I'm gonna have to try this one. Thanks!

Oh yea, Splenda, does it really taste the same in baking?

Yes and do not bother with buying the bag of Splenda that is half sugar half splenda they are just trying to get more money from you. It is cheaper to buy the large bag of Splenda and a 5lb bag of sugar. I have used half and half in this recipe and in my pumpkin dump case. They have both turned out great.

Hi Eric,
I made some Banana Bread this morning for my daughter and hubby. She wanted all muffins so I was able to get 23 muffins out of the recipe. I cooked it for 25 minutes. They turned out great.
You could also do one loaf and one dozen muffins.
Lots of options.
Let me know when you try the recipe.
