What is Organic? How can a consumer be sure that they are getting Organic? I've not been able to figure this out on a consumer level. There are few (if any) standards in the definition so there are a lot of things unknown about the "organic" food. Many "organic" farms are next to regular ones which means they will have pesticides and other things in the soil and air that will be on the "organic" food.
