DD, she doesn't have a fenced yard, so she keeps her dogs locked up in her car all day.... On top of that, she screams obsceneties at people who walk past her house. People have posted on here about her, but apparently haven't taken the time to call Animal Control about the poor dogs suffering in the heat of her car.

Puppytoes, I'd like to know her name and address.... you can email it to me, Brenda has my email address if you have lost it. I'll report her first thing Monday morning. And follow up on it!

I wonder if our local mental health folks (I think its Mountain Communities Mental Health or perhaps the folks at DOVES might have a reference?)May-be someone trained in intervention could come out to help this woman- and the dogs?

That's a good idea collielady. I think DOVES deals with abused women. but perhaps MCH knows who to call?
What about even calling Rim Family Services or is there an elder care organization?
