Does anyone hear the dogs barking on the top part of Scenic? I can see these poor dogs from my deck. We hear them all day and night. They are never inside and live in a dirt enclosure in the back yard. I never see anyone there. I looked into contacting the county but it seems they don't come out unless more than one person contacts them. I cannot tell if the dogs have food or water either. It is getting very hot for these dogs to be out all day long.

OUr dogs are outside all day & they're fine.
If you can, go over there & make sure the dogs have water & shelter from the sun, at least. & try knocking on the door or leave a note to let them know your concerns about the barking. They may not realize they dogs bark so much.

No, I don't think so. I think one is black and tan though. The other is a brown color. They are medium to large dogs though. Do you know them?

Probably not the same dogs.. I have a neighbor who fits this description.. have tried AC numerous times and your right, they told me it really helps to have multiple neighbors complaining.

Do you know the house? This house the property has 2 houses on it and the dogs are in the one in the back

I don't think so- I think there is only one house.
