As I recall the lady from the Next Agency came on and refuted the misrepresentations by the offending parker. She explained why a new business with 2 assigned spots cannot allow hit and run theft of a basic business asset (parking for customers) just because some bimbo in a hurry has to run into another business. She was rational and correct. The OP was a shrieking maniac who needed a chill pill and a lesson in manners.
