I had to go to AAH last year & have my Rotty put down. The folks there were so nice & understanding.
Just a few weeks ago I had to take my little 3 legged kitty there, she just wasnt feeling well & I wanted her checked out. Yeah, it was expensive. They really couldn't tell me much or do much for her other than provide a pain reliever. I did find out that she is a rare kitty. Not only did I not know that Orange & white cats are almost always male, but if kittys are missing a leg, its usually the front. ( hers is the back )
She's feeling fine now & romping with the other cats, I think it was just growing pains
P.S. I've never been to RIM, but I think the folks down at the humane society down on orange show are real nice too. I take my critters there for shots & to get fixed, and it is much cheaper.

I have had mostly good experiences at Rim Forest. I show dogs and use about 4 different vets for different things. I only go to Rim for shots or a slight cough...you know, run of the mill things. For emergencies, I go to VCA in Upland, especially at night, Dr. Beeley is the best and a great ortho surgeon too!!! For most things that I need a great diagnoses for something unusual or serious, I go to Dr. Van Cise in Norco at All Animals Exotic or Small. He is does an intense diagnoses and offers holistic options too. He is just hard to get into because he is so popular and no, he is not cheap.

As far as Linda is concerned, she is wonderful to me! I joke with her and have taken the time to get to know her. She is just "Ruff" on the outside!

Thank you Heidi for the nice comments regarding Rim and Linda. Your absolutely right, Linda is just a little "ruff" on the exterior but is a very sweet and caring person. I do know that it is always very busy and when she is the only receptionist working and the phones are ringing and there is a line of people waiting to get in or get out, she gets a little overwhelmed. A great number of people have been going to Rim for years and years and are very partial to Linda. She really is a wonderful lady and Im sorry to see such things said about her on here. Please if you have a problem, just speak with her or Dr. Frieboes directly, they are only human.
