The second public meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, August 18, at the City of Big Bear Lake Training Room (39707 Big Bear Boulevard). The first hearing was held August 11 at MARTA's Crestline office (621 Forest Shade Road).

For additional information call (909) 338-1113 or (909) 878-5200 or visit http://www.marta.cc/.

On April 5, 1964, the board of supervisors approved a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the county and the City of Big Bear Lake to create MARTA.
