Building Green Seminar I HeldA Rebuilding Mountain Hearts and Lives Free Seminar By Michael P. Neufeld Lake Arrowhead, CA - Mountain residents learned the ins and outs of building green from speaker Wally Geer, of Greymar Associates. Saturday, Geer presented green building basics for fire survivors rebuilding their homes and others wanting to learn what it really means to "Go Green".

The informative seminar will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. today, October 18 and will be held at Community Baptist Church in Lake Arrowhead at 1103 North Highway 173.
In addition to the workshop the California Center for Sustainable Energy Rebuild Central Program will be launching a new funding assistance program to assist Grass Valley and Slide Fire Survivors in offsetting some of the costs associated with rebuilding with energy efficient and sustainable technologies. Funding is limited to qualified applicants, so please attend this event to learn more.
