When deputies arrived at a Crestline residence at 12:30 a.m. on July 3 at the home near the corner of Pine Drive and Moon Drive they interviewed the victim who told investigators two men had thrown him to the ground and held him there while they removed his cell phone and wallet.
In a media advisory issued by the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station, deputies stated that Shanahan was walking north bound on Pine Drive when he noticed two males hanging out on the front deck of a nearby home in the 400 block of Pyramid Drive.
The news release indicated that as Shanahan passed by the house Pore and an unidentified male juvenile confronted him. He was allegedly pulled to the ground and held while his personal items were taken.
Investigators reported that once both suspects allegedly finished robbing the victim they returned to the home where they had been sitting on the deck.
A search warrant was issued for the residence and both suspects were taken into custody. Shanahan's wallet and cell phone were recovered and returned to the victim.
Pore has been free on $50,000 bail. |
