Fallen planes
Fallen buildings
Smoking hole in the ground
Where buildings once towered
Three hundred forty-three Fire Fighters
Sixty Police officers
All Sacrificed for the common good
America stood tall
Mourned our fallen souls
Lost in the Towers, Shanksville, Pentagon
Two or three thousand or maybe more
Wives
Husbands
Fathers
Mothers
Brothers
Sisters
Daughters
Sons
Christians
Jews
Muslims
Buddhists
Hindus
Atheists
Black
White
Yellow
Brown
White helped black
Black helped brown
Color didn't matter
That fall day
On that day
Our souls were all ashen gray
